A little about me...
The first time I convinced a DJ to let me introduce a song on the air I was 13 and from that moment on I was hooked and knew radio was the only thing I wanted to do. I was lucky enough to have my own on air shift at the local college radio station, KGRG, at 15. There I met Julie Pilat, who became my mentor (she is a rockstar!) and by 16 I was working with her at one of the most popular commercial stations in Seattle, KUBE 93!! I got to meet a lot of cool people during my years there and networked a bit, so when I moved to San Diego I was able to find a position at good Ol' Clear Channel.

I totally scored when I got a gig with the DSC and have been having fun every morning since!!  Since my job ROCKS, I've been able to meet a lot of cool people and experience a lot of incredible stuff...so this page is to share all the awesome stuff I've been able to do because of work! If you're a fan of the DSC, thank you for your support. I'd be nowhere without our kick a** listeners!

...to Switzerland!!  According to an article I saw online the other morning, the Swiss are the 2nd happiest people on earth.  I have had this dark cloud of negativity floating around me for the last week or so, making me flat out cranky and I can’t shake it no matter what I try.  So the natural conclusion, in order to get happy I need to move to Switzerland!  Why wouldn’t I move to the happiest place on earth, Denmark?  Hmmm, wooden shoes or chocolate...  Ya, not exactly a tough call there!!

I started to wonder just now, aside from watches, knives and chocolate, what else are the Swiss known for?  Gotta love Google and instant information!  Turns out, I could really enjoy myself over there!  Skiing (or boarding), castles, beautiful land to explore, cheese and potatoes at almost every meal, no one works on Sundays, shoot I’d even be willing to learn how to yodel...ok, maybe not.

Slap a Swiss Miss outfit on me, braid my hair, gimme a basket full of chocolate and color me happy, I’m outta here!  Seriously, who's with me??!
